Check off each tax document as you gather it. For W-2s, 1099-SA, and 1099-R, also indicate whether it belongs to the taxpayer, spouse, or both.
This 2025 Tax Organizer is provided to assist you in collecting and organizing necessary information for us to properly prepare your 2025 income tax return. The Tax Questionnaire should help you capture events for 2025. If you need the detail worksheets, which provide prior year information, please let us know and we can provide them. IRS regulations and due diligence standards require clients to complete, sign and return the questionnaire along with your worksheets and tax documents. This greatly assists us in completing an accurate return effectively. Also, please return the Letter of Agreement (LOA) signed and dated at this time to allow timely processing of your return.
We won't be able to begin the return until the questionnaire is received. Failure to fully complete the tax questionnaire may result in delay of processing your tax return or errors on the return.

Sign up with your mortgage's online portal and upload the PDF of your Form 1098. No more waiting in the mail and then mailing to us. Same with your property tax statements. Most counties now allow you to opt in for electronic delivery of your property tax bills. When you get the e-mail, just upload the PDF. Easy Peasy.
